Management believes in growing talent from within and backs it up by offering countless opportunities for junior team members to step up to the plate, offering way more travel, media event and conference opportunities than most agencies. Management gives everyone a chance to experience it’s travel clients, from a junior to a senior level, which is incredible as it’s one of the biggest appeals of the industry and usually a privilege reserved for upper management at other firms. Agency life is fast paced everywhere as it’s the nature of the beast, but expectations at Diamond are realistic and reasonable, especially in comparison to other agencies I have experienced. We are known to produce results and it takes a village to make that happen, so everyone on the team has to pitch in to keep the machine’s wheels turning. Everyone at this company is important and valuable, so we depend on one another to make the magic happen!
