Pros

I am appointed with Dicabs since 1.7 years. I was a fresher at the time of joining and so I have learned a lot in this company. Learning is an integral part of my service and the working space is also lively.

Cons

Sometimes we have to spend some extra time on the field. Rest, Dicabs is a great company to work at.

I am working with Dicabs with almost 3 years.I got hired at a competitive salary package and post 3 appraisal cycles, i see my growth chart at the peak. Learning is broad and working environment is also lively.

Cons

Some people just cant help but poke their nose in everything, which is of no concern to them. Rest, it is a good company to work at

I joined Diamond Power Infrastructure in November 2016 and it has been a great learning experience since than.I have worked in 2-3 companies before that but this company has taught me the latest ways to work also company is transparent in the process.The best thing is they include employees in the required decision making.This gives a grater feeling of belonging to the company.

Cons

Some politics though it is there in every company.
