      Pros

      They allow a lot of overtime. The most I did was 30 hours of overtime

      Cons

      I hated it, it was temp to hire. If the manager didn't like what you did on the floor or if your doing something wrong he wouldn't come up to you, he'll call your recruiter. The manager will end your assignment over any little thing

      pay could be better. management is week, some employees get away with doing the bare minimum.

      There is none. They work you to death and then find a reason to get rid of you as you slave yo make them a profit
