      Company holidays to match public holidays.

      Cons

      1. High turnover due to arbitrary terminations based on profit margin rather than work performance. 2. Most good talented employees leave after a few years which also contributes to high turnover. 3. Work life balance is atrocious. Long hours expected.

      Pros

      The insurance is great! 2 dollars a month for single, and 6 a month for family. Four, ten hour shifts, mean a three day weekend.

      Cons

      I lived an hour away, and the two hours round trip become a daunting task some days. 4 days a week is nice, but ten hour days get long sometimes.
