Great environment to work. Whether you're a permanent or temporary employee, you get the same job assignments (of course temps do not operate the machines though). The job is super easy and pace is manageable. I am just a temp worker so there's not much I can say about the benefits.

None so far. If there must be one then it's probably the amount of OT available and sometimes it would be great to signup for a half day of OT on the weekends. Otherwise, it would be great if OT hours came before or after our shift.

Low pay Lack communication No accountability No written SOP A lot of OSHA red flags Promotions handed out to unqualified employees Terrible maintenance crew Trainers that can't train properly List goes on and on Toxic work environment (you can threaten someone with violence and not be fired)
