Pros
~Great training program that teaches you everything you will need to know ~Management will work with you to fit your needs. ~Fun employee events. ~They promote within first when a new opportunity comes up before announcing it to the public. ~The work itself is not difficult, there is just a lot to remember because of government regulations and policies.
Cons
~You interact with members throughout the entire day and they can make or break it. If someone comes in angry, they'll yell at you just for doing your job and throw might a fit if something can't go their way. If someone is having a great day, then you might have a lovely conversation and will look forward to seeing them again. Every day has something different and there is no "normal" day, but this isn't the fault of Diamond.
