Some of your feedback is hard to address, because it's not very specific, but we'll try our best to respond to the parts that are. To start with, a ponzi scheme involves investments. We don't even deal with investments in any way. We're not even in the same type of business. As for our office, there are several companies in the building we work from. This is certainly not out of the ordinary. Thousands of companies operate this way. You mentioned that pay is out of your control, but that is literally the opposite of the case. The entire focus of our company is on putting that control back in the hands of our people. The people who earn the most with us, are those who work the hardest, and are the most ambitious.
