Pros
I liked the actual work that was being done. I had a very good relationship with most of my co-workers.
Cons
Upper management is somewhat cut throat. They don't treat their employees as though they are valuable. Long hours and you are expected to stay late and come to work on weekends if needed. No compensation is given since all project managers are salary.
