Lack of organization/vision in upper management. There have been many mishandled changes in the last year or so which has lead to lots of confusion and decreased morale. Expectations and roles unclear and misleading. They don't know what they want and, therefore, are unable to clearly hire and train for what they need. Tread VERY carefully if you find yourself interviewing in a department with only one other person. I was hired for a management position and quickly discovered that they wanted a more clerical role.
