      Some of the best co-workers I've ever had and a lot of agency over your own work. My direct supervisor is great in terms of advocating for her employees.

      Cons

      Leadership is not very transparent, benefits are not great, and everyone is underpaid... everyone.

      Work from home was nice, some of the work was fairly easy but some we weren't really trained to do.

      Cons

      Poor communication, large workload, disorganized and outdated programs. Low pay.
