Better than any other kpo as i feel. Frndly atmosphere's and uk people are also understanding. Break policy is also good compare to other KPO. You can maintain work life balance easily

For me none. If you choose work life balance you can go to diamond.

Good company with cultures and values, everyone in here is like family. My team's all members are supportive. There is cultural activities also. Every month's second Saturday company organizes cultural activity or trainings. HR and other people are friendly.

1-) No overtime pay. 2-) A work load is little high. 3-) 3 months probation period. Job security is like any other private companies. 4-) During the tax seasons the workload is very high for TL due to due date of taxes. 5-) No canteen facilities. 6-) If you are a male than you can not take break after 7:30 P.M if your timings is 12:00 P.M to 9:00 P. M. this rule is little weird. 7-) Less package when compared to other companies (Typically it depends on your interview performance). Overall it is a better company than others.
