I’m in one of the teams in Group Finance and what I can say that the management is so bad, there is one manager that always blaming someone else even the fault is not coming from the others and also the funny thing is, sometimes the fault is caused by the manager itself. The managers also did not know how to manage people and work actually and I also think that the managers does not have a responsibility and leadership at all. Micromanagement also is one thing that they always do, please don’t do this! Each people have their own creativity to work and you need to accept and handle that professionally. Workloads also is too much, and there are so many ad-hoc that need to do until you cannot focus on your main work. The load is actually will be fine if you just hire someone to support all of the loads. Even someone that has been seasoned with all of these works will burned out and leave the company. For the salary and other benefit, I think it is quite low than the market if you want to compare from other listed or MNC companies.
