      I would say the work enviroment is great and the work culture is positive depending on your line manager. I would say I had a great experience working there .

      Cons

      Work can be stressfull at time and OT during peak period is annoying but nothing that can't be handled .

      Not a good place to work

      Cons

      I dont recommend this place to work. Too much work load for a less pay. Even they deduct the pay from the less pay too at the end of the month with monthly evaluations. Management is strictly following cost cutting things. So the main cost they see is only their employees. They cannot see other silly things which they waste millions. And also highly involved in internal politics. So hard to get promote. No transparency at all. Dont wast your valuable time here working for Dialog Axiata
