- Long Hours( 10 is the bare minimum) - Toxic Culture ( You perform and make money, you are a superstar. If you don't, your life becomes havoc) - Brainwashing and programming to make Dialectica one's entire life (from friends, activities, free time). that's how you get emotionally attached and stick with the company permanently. -Unachievable bonus in some departments, while other departments achieve it with ease. -As a thank you for great performance, the company raised the bonus scheme making it unachievable in order to make it more achievable. - Company is a cult. Unless you inhale, exhale their values and beliefs you shall be fired or pushed away. -Overtime does not get paid. Absolutely not. - Meetings don't occur during working hours, forcing you to stay in a promotion ceremony or monthly meeting until 22:00 at night. - Managers, Vice Presidents, etc go home in time.. the rest around 21 or sometimes even 22 at night.
