Pros

I honestly can't think of any. I suppose it's employment if you need a job and you get to meet people and try to make them happy.

Cons

Reading previous posts inspired me to write this review. I found the boss (Chris) to be very cold and unsupportive. Everything was about maximizing efficiency even if it meant poorer quality service. Pay was piecemeal and sometimes amounted to less than minimum wage if the workload was light as you still had to be available.

Pros

They pay you on time.

Cons

The only pay their techs for the time they spend on-site, are abusive to admin staff, and condone preferential treatment to family members and friends working in the company. If you enjoy getting paid 4 hours for an 8-hour work day, and taking unfair advantage of customers to make Chris Gillen a quick buck to buy fuel for his sports car, go for it.
