      Work-life balance is good since it's a shift-wise job.

      Cons

      Management at the time I worked was not supportive, you have to raise your own voice no one would support any mistake.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. We have a great staff of real professionals. Everyone gets along great and we really enjoy working with each other. Diadeis acquired our company, GSG, last December. In that time Jean Charles and Julien have worked hard to improve the culture and make it a place people enjoy working.They still have a ways to go but I only see good things to come.

      Cons

      Some people were not happy with the changes and a few good people were unfortunately laid off, when others who should have gone are still in place
