Depending on the account you support, you are treated based on how much the account brings in...good margins = good role with great team and training. Poor Margins = lack of support/team, mistreated, spoken down to, ignored and no training. Most employees work very long hours (not enough people per account to get the job done)! A lot of yelling and lack of professionalism in meetings. Leadership team needs to better understand the US market along with the needs of the client. The bottom line is important (for business survival) but to meet these needs they need correct allocation of support and respect for clients. Thrilled to hear SGS acquired Diadeis. It will be a better place for the employees once the leadership team has real rules and training on managing business in the US. NY CEO (Not Jean Charles) Speaks down to employees on a regular basis. Disappointing to see. He's a young man and I was hoping he could be an example to why young people should be leaders but he proved the opposite.
