None that really comes to mind. There are some times of the year that there can be more work than I can handle, but the management always helps by providing additional help.

Company was bought by an India based business and the owners seldom solicited advice from long time employees. Stopped 401k match, reduced max PTO time. Moved work offshore that should have remained onshore, which often caused more work for onshore staff to correct before passing to clients.
