Pros

Diablo has great people, culture, and a phenomenal brand to sell. Which as a sales person to have a product to sell that customers want is a powerful thing. They give you resources to be successful and open to ideas on how to get better.

Cons

They know they have a good product and the demand that is out for it, which in turn causes them to be a very aggressive company implementing significant growth goals every year.

My partner worked at Diablo and was blindsided by a termination that lacked any form of documented warning, coaching, or opportunity for improvement. Despite consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, they were suddenly accused of a minor discrepancy without any prior discussion or feedback — a decision that felt abrupt and unjustified. This experience raised serious concerns about how the company handles performance management and internal communication. There appeared to be little regard for due process or employee development, and the situation left us both questioning the integrity and ethics of the leadership team. I would caution others to ask detailed questions during the interview process about how performance is evaluated, what support systems exist for employee growth, and how conflict is typically handled.
