Small family owned company. People are easy to work with, atleast at my accounting department. CFO is great. Very flexible and considerate of family life.

Since it’s a small company, health insurance for family is expensive.

Office is convenient right off the freeway.

Low salaries, that have not adjusted to rising cost of living in Las Vegas. Strict work policies with no flexibility for a remote or hybrid work option. Bad or lack of communication between departments.
