Pros
The sandwiches are an excellent product, and you get them severely discounted (if part-time) or free (if full-time). The health insurance is very inexpensive and is a very good policy. The company really values safety and will provide you all the tools necessary to be safe at work. The company is expanding, so as long as you do your job you have great job security and probably have opportunities to move up.
Cons
Corporate has a way of ignoring any suggestion or idea for improving the company that comes out of the stores. The company does not respect its employees. You're just a cog in the machine. The company is not very organized or professional about the way it operates. Wages are among the worst in the fast-food industry, even though the product is high-quality and very profitable.
