      - Though there are less projects, However, Tight deadlines will help you to work independently

      Cons

      - Job Insecurity, frequent layoffs - Do not compensate for weekend work - Do not treat the employee very well - Stressful work environment. - Like me, Most of my colleagues were unhappy working there.

      Pros

      Small project mostly using WordPress which are handled by single person. This really gives lots of confidence.

      Cons

      Small firm. No vision to grow. Asking for leave is a crime.
