      Management doesn't have a clue on anything, they do not assign proper responsibilities & authority. They talk about technology but do not implement anything & always like to micro manage

      Always a new learning, everyday new things come to us, we need to put our brains & to do the brain storming, which is a learning always.

      They work on the very basics & dont have that new or updated system, In a process to implement new, but will take time
