Culture of long hours, Theory X management style and scapegoating. Senior management are a boys club, managers hire mates with little or no process VERY high staff turn No leaders, just managers and poor ones at that. If there is a vision or even a game plan then it wasn't obvious Managers are not accountable. Dexus spouts "high performance" as an expectation from staff however the management team seem to think that this means barking orders and placing excessive demands on employees.
