Pros
I have been trained by amazing and kind managers who are always happy to answer any teething questions I have and to give advice on how to best handle any situations that are new to me. The company has always supported me by signing me up to training days, as well as providing documents I can read online at any time to answer questions I may be struggling to find an answer to. Overall, the tools given to me have allowed me to get a promotion within 3 months and I now feel like a valued member of the team who can contribute to the company and I can only see a bright future ahead.
Cons
The job is fast paced and you have to always be able to think on your feet and assess situations before making any rash decisions. There is a lot of learning on the job but if your someone like me that actually learns better from this I don't find it a con but some people may do.
