I can't find any pros..

Worst management..I got my first salary after three months. After that They paid in installments.

Sure - if you are looking to work without pay

Had to give a 1 star because there is no option of a 0 star. They do not pay the salary on time or EVER ! They will make you work like every day is an emergency and not pay the salary. Slowly they will delay the salary and eventually once you quit the entire due amount will stay as is. It is almost as if they hire new people, get the work out of them for free and once they leave they hire another set of people.
