      Sure - if you are looking to work without pay

      Cons

      Had to give a 1 star because there is no option of a 0 star. They do not pay the salary on time or EVER ! They will make you work like every day is an emergency and not pay the salary. Slowly they will delay the salary and eventually once you quit the entire due amount will stay as is. It is almost as if they hire new people, get the work out of them for free and once they leave they hire another set of people.

      Worst management..I got my first salary after three months. After that They paid in installments.

      Pros

      The Company has extremely well educated professionals at the top. Though professional they also understand the problems of people and are very accommodative. They stick to ethics and data quality no matter what and this helped me to learn a lot real good research.

      Cons

      No fixed working hours, when there is work there is when there is no work its a holiday!
