Pros
There's no artificial urgency. Managers trust their teams to do the work without micro-managing. For a start-up, it's great to see that the culture is built for mature adults and not trying to be some quirky new thing. Hours can be flexible if you communicate a need. I enjoy getting up and going to work with my colleagues. Catered food on Tuesdays. There are fun events and volunteer opportunities. Cool swag, like a backpack, mug, ballcap, and a jacket.
Cons
Unstructured=there's literally no official training; it's all direct mentoring and workflows are still being written down.
Honestly, one guy there is a misogynist idiot, but HR keeps him in check if you report it.
In-office=after gaining seniority of 6 months, you get one work-from-home day.
