Pros
Dexory's biggest strength is it's fantastic culture. It's extremely diverse and open to new approaches and ideas, and being a part of it's product development is both exciting and challenging. Team away days always give you something to look forward to and help distinguish Dexory from other companies. Whilst the company is still relatively young there is a huge amount of work to do in all departments of the business. There is ample opportunity to impress with the right attitude and no excuse to find yourself bored.
Cons
It's not for everyone. The teams are so small and the pace is so fast there's no where to hide if you don't pull your weight. Progress rarely comes as a result of being passive, those that lack integrity and accountability don't tend to last long.
