      Top tier management instills fear into it's workforce. This creates a toxic culture which nobody thrives in. The management founders have zero empathy for it's employees.

      Free food and good company events

      Cons

      Bad culture and a revolving door of staff. Expect to work extra hours with no thank you and if you have a life outside of this company say goodbye to that too. Very bad health and safety and no care for staff.
