I joined Dexis when it graduated its small business category witnessing the growth, diversity of clients and challenges of COVID to the current realities. In all of that time, Dexis remained true to its promise to provide opportunities, challenges and necessary support to obtain these. I worked/work with some of the most talented, passionate and professional individuals of my career. The disappearing development sector presented an existential challenge for all firms and through it all, Dexis continues to survive. The next chapter will require those who want to work for a company that values its people, its mission and the unknown future that we all face. If you can work in this environment, Dexis is for you. You will thrive.
