Like so many at this rapidly growing company, I'm relatively new to Dexis, but I really like it so far. There is a friendly and positive organizational culture where employees feel valued. I can tell that, as the company grows, Dexis is committed to hanging on to those intangible qualities that make it a special place.
Cons
As others on Glassdoor have mentioned, there are some growing pains related to establishing systems and defining strategy.
