Pros
Dexis truly values their employees which was the number one thing I was looking for in a work environment. From bonuses, to job well-done emails to yacht parties, Dexis makes sure that no one's hard work goes unnoticed! There's also so much integrity at Dexis. There's no clocking in and out for lunch breaks, or senior management checking in to see if you were in the office at exactly 9am and if stayed for exactly 8hrs. There's trust within the entire team that things will get done when they're supposed to, which makes for a healthy and down to earth place to work.
Cons
Dexis isn't a utopia, and like ALL jobs; there are days where demanding, high-maintenance clients, stressful workloads and annoying coworkers can sometimes get the best of you.
