By investing in each individual, the company overall keeps growing by leaps and bounds.
Cons
As is common in this industry, and with a company experiencing such fast growth, there can be long hours and frustration as policies catch up to company size. Space is also an issue with staff in two different buildings. But management has demonstrated its commitment to addressing these challenges and I have every confidence they will improve.
