Pros

Not very much to think of

Cons

I am deeply disappointed with Dexian and their complete disregard for service members' rights, particularly those protected under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA). As a service member, I experienced blatant violations when I informed the company of my military obligations. Instead of adhering to the law and treating me with the respect every service member deserves, I was subjected to retaliatory actions that directly impacted my career and livelihood. After providing proper notice of my military duty, Dexian unlawfully placed me on layoff, disregarding the legal protections afforded to service members. Following my attempts to address this issue and file a formal complaint, the company terminated my employment in retaliation. The situation escalated further when Dexian delayed my 401(k) withdrawal and falsely reported to the Unemployment Commission that I willingly quit my job—an outright misrepresentation of the truth. These actions caused undue hardship and stress, exacerbated by the lack of accountability and transparency from the company. I expected Dexian to uphold federal laws that protect service members from such treatment. Instead, they have demonstrated a complete failure to respect those who serve our country. I would strongly caution anyone, especially fellow service members, against working for this company. Protecting the rights and well-being of service members should be a priority for any employer, and Dexian has failed in this regard. Until Dexian takes accountability and implements changes to prevent such injustices, I cannot in good faith recommend them as an employer.

Pros

The culture is a breath of fresh air—totally positive and supportive without the typical corporate fluff. It’s a very open, collaborative environment where you can build genuine, unscripted relationships with your clients rather than dealing with rigid, clinical processes.

Cons

We deal with massive global accounts and pretty complex tech solutions, so aligning different internal teams across regions can feel like a lot of moving parts. You have to be super agile and on top of your communication game to keep everything on track.

Pros

I really enjoyed my time at Dexian. I loved what I did and appreciated how much room I had to be creative. I had a manager and team who supported me, trusted me, and made me feel comfortable speaking up, sharing ideas, and trying new things. I also appreciated being trusted to take ownership of my work. That made the experience feel more personal and gave me a lot to be proud of. I’m grateful for the people, the support, and everything I got to learn along the way.

Cons

While I appreciated having a hybrid schedule, I do wish there was a little more flexibility in choosing which days worked best. Each week is different, so giving people more ownership over their in-office days could go a long way. That said, Dexian did move into a beautiful new office, which made the in-person days more enjoyable.
