Pros

-Training is generally good, they invest heavily in training & development so it's a good place to start your career -President's club - all expense paid trip for the top performers -Friendly people (for the most part & depending on office)

Cons

-Sub-par compensation and benefits (especially for places like South FL, NY, CA) -Poor and dishonest leadership at the top - they laid off several people late 2023/early 2024 but still had the budget for Presidents' Club 2024? -Unqualified and undeserved promotions into management level roles (clear favoritism here) -Dishonest internal recruitment practices (they say you'll make over $300k in 3 years but there's several contingencies) -"Responsible time off" - how they get away with not providing any real PTO -KPIs are activity based and not results based which leads to pointless busy work and enormous stress levels -Overall most (not all) but most people, especially in recruiting will leave to go elsewhere to make some real money within 2 years or less

Great team culture, everyone wants to win

Cons

The industry itself can be incredibly stressful but I imagine its the same for competitors as well.

Pros

Quick opportunity to get promoted if you have the right mentorship and accounts. Honestly really nice employees (cross-functionally) and people are willing to help you. A good place to dip your toes in as a young hire, KPI's are fairly easily but some of the director's are a bit micro-managey.

Cons

In our office - we had 3 Managing Directors and 3 VP's in 3 years with two rounds of layoffs (enterprise wide.) The largest gap in the company is their leadership is so disconnected from the producers and what you truly need to do to succeed in sales. They run on a lot of enterprise accounts which makes it hard as a young sales person to connect with tenured sales people, who haven't truly sold or broken into accounts in some time. Additionally, there are lots of corporate politics and people in leadership that overshare other leaders dirty laundry with young sales folks, making it a bit of an uncomfortable place to be in. I think this place is a good starting zone for a career but it is not the place to be if you are a hustler and want to truly grow as a sales professional.
