Pros

As a customer service rep I learned a lot about everything and was able to meet some amazing people. The potlucks and Christmas party had to be my favorite parts of the job.

Cons

Management is unreasonable, unreliable and they give you an excess amount of work with no resources for doing your job properly. They expect no mistakes but they are unwilling to take feedback. No opportunity for growth unless you are a favorite.

Pros

Great place to learn and work with people who understand how to grow an organization. Excellent technical leadership and delivery - every team you meet with can teach you so much. The company’s product helps so many people - doing great work for a company that does great things in society is rewarding

Cons

Sometimes it can be very busy - growth does come with challenges
