Dont , No direction - Program Manager Dexcom Employee Review

Employee survey , I have never heard where the employee tell the company what to do . senior HW engineer complaining to managers,there are couple hardware engineers who have been with the company for many years , they tend to drag the projects and when management tries to push for projects to get done fast ,but cannot , these HW employees go and complain to the managers and honest people will be let go under the pretext of performance review. so many employees are let go because of the HW engineers who drag projects forever. since they have been around for long time senior management listen to them. New manager dont understand the company and dont know what to do .
