      Pros

      4-3-4 schedule allowed to put time into other things on such as school. Leads and supervisors in my department encouraged job growth.

      Cons

      Depending on which department you are in, leads can be odd and power driven but I was lucky with mine.

      Great place to learn and work with people who understand how to grow an organization. Excellent technical leadership and delivery - every team you meet with can teach you so much. The company’s product helps so many people - doing great work for a company that does great things in society is rewarding
