      I haven't been with Dexcom more than a year, but I love working here!

      Cons

      Very crowded parking lot. Often times you will be driving in circles trying to find a spot like it's Saturday night at Christown.

      Great place to learn and work with people who understand how to grow an organization. Excellent technical leadership and delivery - every team you meet with can teach you so much. The company’s product helps so many people - doing great work for a company that does great things in society is rewarding

      Company seems to have grown faster than the leadership … many of the leaders grew up at Dexcom and the company is bigger
