      Growing very fast. Lots of opportunities. Dexcom keeps employees informed through townhall meetings and group meetings.

      Cons

      Infrastructure such as policies, procedures and training still in startup phase. Mesa location remote from HQ which has many more resources.

      Great place to learn and work with people who understand how to grow an organization. Excellent technical leadership and delivery - every team you meet with can teach you so much. The company’s product helps so many people - doing great work for a company that does great things in society is rewarding

      Sometimes it can be very busy - growth does come with challenges
