      Pros

      Fantastic career opportunities and they really do value their employees. Was hired through the lockdown (due to the global pandemic) and my whole on-boarding experience has been second to none. Every employee I have interacted with demonstrates their enthusiasm, passion and drive for making the company successful and is this is reflected in how Dexcom rewards its employees.

      Cons

      Apart from not being able to physically work in the company office, there is generally nothing that is a downside.

      Pros

      Great place to learn and work with people who understand how to grow an organization. Excellent technical leadership and delivery - every team you meet with can teach you so much. The company’s product helps so many people - doing great work for a company that does great things in society is rewarding

      Sometimes it can be very busy - growth does come with challenges

      Company seems to have grown faster than the leadership … many of the leaders grew up at Dexcom and the company is bigger
