      Pay! Management is understanding and tries to always do right by employees. They are very supportive.

      Cons

      Constant company procedure changes and restructuring/layoffs can be stressful for some people. You must be adaptable to work here.

      Great place to learn and work with people who understand how to grow an organization. Excellent technical leadership and delivery - every team you meet with can teach you so much. The company’s product helps so many people - doing great work for a company that does great things in society is rewarding
