      Pros

      Great co-workers, reputable company and a great product! Very rewarding knowing you are helping provide a truly life changing product to so many individuals and families. I gained experience in pipeline management, cross functional team management, and various CRM/POS platforms.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, there is no clear career path forward so you end up feeling stuck and people get burnt out. Pay was also very low.

      Great place to learn and work with people who understand how to grow an organization. Excellent technical leadership and delivery - every team you meet with can teach you so much. The company’s product helps so many people - doing great work for a company that does great things in society is rewarding

      Sometimes it can be very busy - growth does come with challenges
