Pros
Dedicated to growth for employees. Provides, facilitates and encourages learning and skills development training for employees in all level, Has a balanced approach towards fulfilling its patients' needs and caring for its employees' welfare. Leadership never fails to remind employees that what they do regardless of job function saves lives and makes a difference.
Cons
None that I can think of for now. Dexcom is for me, one of the best employers there is in the Philippines especially during these unprecedented times. Their Malasakit is top class and something other employees have become envious of.
