Pros
It's been a long time since I've worked for a company that actually cares about people. Not just customers, but employees. The company's response to CoVid-19, the constant solicitation of feedback, the diverse workplace and concerted focus on engaging in the best way possible make this a great place to work. Benefits are fantastic and I feel empowered to succeed.
Cons
The company finds itself striking a difficult balance between a medical device manufacturer and a technology company. Too many open headcount because we aren't selling the company as a technology company leading to too heavily relying on consultants.
