      Pros

      Fast growing, open to input from employees, good work life balance, working on something that matters to people with diabetes and makes a difference in their lives, excellent comp/benefits. Being super responsible about COVID.

      Cons

      None so far. It is experiencing the effects of rapid growth, so if that puts you off, you should be aware it's a reality of a successful business.

      Pros

      Great place to learn and work with people who understand how to grow an organization. Excellent technical leadership and delivery - every team you meet with can teach you so much. The company’s product helps so many people - doing great work for a company that does great things in society is rewarding

      Sometimes it can be very busy - growth does come with challenges
