Pros
Benefits are ok and pay is on the upside along other tech support roles in the area.
Cons
Tech support started outsourcing to Ohio who don’t know what they’re doing let alone this transition to Manila isn’t going to be much better at the rate it’s going but they decided to go ahead and cut our internal Mesa team along with letting go of all the good leads and supervisors then will let go of the remaining talent in a couple months. Those that have been decided to keep are garbage so look out for getting good support coming up here after August.
