Pros

Amazing tech and you get the opportunity to help people who really need the help

Cons

I can only speak for technical support which is where i work, but there is no desire to make things better, the idea is keep doing it and don't worry about it. All the work in this department is done by 20% of the staff the rest avoid work and are praised for it. If you are looking for a pat on the back it isn't coming unless you are friends with your supervisor or members of leadership. Nepotism on high at Dexcom in general. Also, culture at least in tech support is abysmal. There is a reason call outs are so high.

Pros

Great place to learn and work with people who understand how to grow an organization. Excellent technical leadership and delivery - every team you meet with can teach you so much. The company’s product helps so many people - doing great work for a company that does great things in society is rewarding

Cons

Sometimes it can be very busy - growth does come with challenges
