Pros
Most team leads and captains are reasonable, helpful and goal oriented. Dexcom is conscious about ergonomics as an assembler and tries to avoid stress and fatigue in certain stations. Example with screens on the microscopes our eyes are not fatigued by constant focusing and re-focusing vision.
Cons
High turnover of new hires. lack of training and heavy penalization for showing initiative. middle management is aggressive, unprofessional.
